Before answering this question, users should know that to use their wallet, they must be registered, and also a password for their wallet should be defined. All deposits and withdrawals are done via the BSC (Binance smart chain). All internal transactions for users are done Internally by Bonti platform.
All the transactions in the Bonti platform have no cost but only deposit and withdrawal transactions are using the network fees required by BSC(Binance Smart Chain).
